Tim Cook Claims That Apple Will Launch New Services Soon In 2019

We had heard in 2018 that Apple may be aiming to roll out its long-expected TV service in the H1 of this year, and none other than Tim Cook (Apple CEO) just shed some light on that blaze. He claimed to the media this week in an interview that the firm will declared new “services” in 2019. While Cook did not claim what type of services—Cramer was asking if Apple had any shocking revelations, comprising mobile payments or healthcare—it is the long-expected TV service that has lately seen progress.

At CES 2019, there have been a number of surprise declarations from TV makers that are unexpectedly supporting Apple’s HomeKit and AirPlay 2 functions to permit you to cast content squarely from your iPad, iPhone, and Mac—comprising TVs operating on rival OS from Samsung and Google. New televisions from Samsung will essentially support iTunes, as well, allowing you access your TV shows and movies there too. It would not be a stretch to consider that Apple may be working together with those hardware makers for the forthcoming TV service, as well.

On a related note, Cook earlier advised the U.S. and China to remain calm in the middle of fears of a likely trade war among the top two countries of the world over import taxes. Stress between the two nations increased after Donald Trump (the US President) declared taxes on up to $60 Billion worth of Chinese products per year to counter supposedly unfair trade methods of Beijing in the tech segment.

“I am known with the fact that in both the situations of China and the U.S., there have been situations where everybody has not profited, where the profit has not been reasonable,” Cook claimed to the media at the China Development Forum in an interview. The event is being held in Beijing.
